Jlink can not find the chip in SW mode

in SW mode, Jlink can not find the da14580 chip. I have tried MDK514, MDK474. It did not work.
I can ensure the Jlink is ok.

when you click the download buttion, MDK shows "No Cortex-M SW Device Found"

Hi There, in Keil, options for target menu, are you able to find and select the DA14580 ? After you have installed Keil 5.14 you need to update the pack (ignoring the legacy support). BR JE_Dialog

1. The pack is updated.
2. In the option menu and in debug page, we chose "J-LINK/J-TRACE Cortex", after click setting button, no SW device found.
