We are using DA14580 to develop some project and are facing some difficulty. We want to test some official demos. When we use the Lightblue to debugg the BLE connection service using the DICE or Smart Tag demos, we sometimes get a connection error "Connection Alert, The peripherial disconnected while being interrogated.” What are the possible causes of this error? And what are the possible solutions? Thanks！

Can i ask which phone or tablet you are using ? We've had a couple of other reports of similar problems with Lightblue . This might be down to Cache and a reset appears to clear the issue (which would not appear in a custom profile). See AN-B-029 which gives you a run-down tutorial on how to set up the specific services .

Thanks for the reply. We tried IPhone 5 and IPhone 6 Plus and got the same result.
What I don't understand is that we try to run the official demos (Dice and Smart Tag) and they have the same problems. Please help check and resolve the problem.
