Hello Dialog,
I have a few questions regarding OTP programming of the da14580 once I've finished developing my software:
1. Where can I find the schematic layout of the hardware configuration needed to program the chip via JTAG, and which JTAG's are supported?
2. Once i have gotten that circuit in my final product, I can use smart snippets to OTP via Jtag? If so, where can I find the smart snippets files?
Thanks,

Hello svl0822,
there is a good there here which contains the details you need. I also added an important consideration afterwards.

Please note, 6.8V can only be applied to VPP after VBAT3V is supplied and 6.8v must be removed from VPP before the supply to VBAT3V is removed. Otherwise the chip could be damaged. The 6.8V supply must be applied without ringing. The overshoot could also cause damage.

Hi there,
We are trying to program the OTP memory on our custom board that used DA14580-01. But keep getting errors - whether I use the GUI tool or the command line tool. When I try multiple times in succession, there are cases when it gets programmed successfully. On the tools I usually get the extended error code FF FF FF FE. Going deeper into the code I could see that the OTPC_STAT_REG throws error indication - OTPC_STAT_PERROR and OTPC_STAT_PERR_L are getting set. Can you tell me the possible causes for this? I do follow the power sequencing for VPP.
I have the same problem jayrajtg. Did you find a solution?
Why there is no response from Dialog team yet regarding this issue?
Thanks and Regards,
Do you read what JE_Dialog posted here first ? Maybe you forget to attach 6.8V to the VPP pin of DA14580.
Yes I follow the steps provided in documentation.
Thanks and Regards
