Wira Role switch

For the Wira application, assuming that it is used for a contact tracing application where tag A will log any nearby tag whcih comes within 2M distance for ore than 1min.

There could be more than 10 tags in a crowed lift or lift lobby.

As each tag would need to carry out its own measurement and logging, I would like to check if only initator is alolow to start measurement, how do we switch the role of tag A from Initiator to responder, can we do it on the fly? In the above use case, would Wira be a good solution taking into role switching, advertsiing and measurement time?
