Hi Mohammedhusen,

Hi Mohammedhusen,

Could you please clarify if you have developed a custom board or if you are working on any of our development kits? I would suggest you to use the SmartSnippets and download firmware to the QSPI flash using both JTAG and UART. First, it is recommended to erase the QSPI flash. Are you able to download firmware through SmartSnippets? Also, I would suggest you to execute JLinkGDBServer.exe in the segger folder to see if Cortex-M0 can be found or not. This is just to check the SoC on your custom board run well.

Thanks, PM_Dialog

Hi PM_Dialog,

Hi PM_Dialog,

I have exactly the same problem but with da14695 on custom board. It is not possible to use uart in case of pcb layout, but jtag only. SmartSnippetsStudio and python scripts both works well, but in our project we need to use cli_programmer directly to boot prebuilded image to the device.

Could you please tell if you have solve this problem by this moment?

Thanks,
Feodor Alexandrov
