Which modules are ready (FCC and ETSI approved) and have time of flight ranging?
I'm not looking for dev kits, but rather a module that I can embed in a product.

Our WiRa SDK enhances the DA1469x family of Bluetooth LE SoCs with new, highly accurate and reliable distance measurement capabilities.
Applications: Social Distancing, Asset tracking, Indoor Positioning, Smart locks, Authentication (eg. for Mobile Payments)
Additionally, a Social Distancing Tag (SDT) reference application based on WiRa SDK is also provided. It combines WiRa SDK with RSSI measurement, BLE communication, datalogging and other functionalities uploaded into a single application.

飞行的时间functionali不等ty (which we refer to as WiRa) is only available on our DA1469x family of devices. An FCC/ETSI approved module for the DA14691 will be available within the next couple of months. Once it is launched it will appear on the modules section of our website:

That is unfortunate. I am looking to design this into a system with about 50k opportunity annually, and my local rep told me that the modules were approved back in June.
I have the dev kits with ranging, and we've tested them in our application, and it performs well.
