build project with keilC error after update window 10

Hi, I am using 1 PC and 1 Laptop, my PC window version is 2004 and my laptop window version is 1909. i can build and debug all the project with keil in my PC and Laptop. But after i update my laptop window version to 2004, some error appear. i can normally build and debug peripheral examples but i cannot build and debug ble examples. The errors will be show in the file bellow. How can i fix this? thanks

Please open the Keil IDE and navigate to the Project à “Options for target”. Check out the attached screenshot and make sure that the scatter file is placed in your setup.

Can you please try it in a clean SDK directory? What is the version of Keil IDE? Probably you might install again the tool.
