Thanks for your question,

We are coming out with a Grade 1 version of this device. The sampling should start in the late summer. The IC will be named SLG46625-AP, it will be similar to SLG46620-A, however, it will be in a different package of 3.5x3.5 TQFN with wettable flanks.
