I am designing a circuit board that uses a DA9063 PMIC. In the past I used this part and a custom part was developed per our board requirements.
I had a few questions about programming:

Want to initially program a few blank parts using an evaluation board and socket daughter card
Could you please confirm that this is what I would need to successfully program a blank part?
Programming kit is - DA9063-EVAL6?
Blank part for an AEC-Q100 Grade 2, .45 mm ball, 100TFBGA part is DA9063-00H01-A?
For ICP, I would have to instantiate the necessary hardware on my board and use the DA9061_2_3 ICP kit

To program a small batch of sample ICs for prototypes or for initial testing, the DA9063 socket board is the best option.
When looking at the DA9063 evaluation board, we have one mother board and multiple daughter boards. We have a socketed daughter board; this evaluation kit comes with some “ready to program” ICs. We also have performance boards; these boards have the PMIC soldered down, we have a few different configurations for the performance board: Separate buckcore1 and buckcore2 or buckcore1 and buckcore2 merged and the final daughter board has buckcore1 and buckcore2 merged and buckmem and buckio merged.

The order code for the mother board and socketed daughter board is DA9063-EVAL1.
On the device IC front. We cannot sample unprogrammed automotive parts. To be able to sample the automotive ICs, we will need to generate a custom OTP and have the devices programmed and tested offshore.
For initial testing of the DA9063 OTP or for initial prototyping the industrial/consumer ICs should be ok. The automotive parts can then be used for a characterisation and qualification.

I have 2 more questions:
1. Can I create/edit ini files using the DA9061_2_3 ICT kit or do I need the DA9063-EVAL1 kit?
2. I am using 5V for VSYS in my design. Can I use 3.3V as a power source for the VDD_BUCKMEM converter or must I use VSYS?

You only need thr GUI to generate OTPs. You will need the eval kit to test the configuration, you can use most of the evalution boards to test the OTP, we have an emulation mode called power commander mode.
The bucks need to be supplied by the same supply as VSYS, the LDOs can be supplied from a lower voltage.
What processor do you plan on using? Could a standard OTP fit?
I am using a Xilinx ZYNQ 7030 part. I provided a word file to Dialog sales indicating the required BUCK and LDO voltages and sequence and was told that it didn't fit any of the existing OTP parts.
Question: How do I get a list of the standard parts and their output voltage assignments and sequence?

Hi Frank,
The application notes or design files associated with references designs should indicate the voltages and corresponding bucks/LDOs. I find the simplest way is to look at ini file with the GUI. Most are downloaded with the GUI, other will also be found in the design files.
That being said I looked at your voltages, and I cannot match it with one of our OTPs unfortunately.
