DA9062-eval3当VSYS通电时失去USB连接

My jumper settings are set exactly like the ones in the picture in the “Getting Started with the DA9061/DA9062 Evaluation Kit” user manual Revision 1.2 (except I use a socket board instead). I have checked every jumper setting.

For the an .ini file, I’m using the DA9062-11_BA_Xilinx_1_v01-D7C6.ini. I am attaching that here.

I am including a drawing of the orientation of how the PMIC is placed into my socket board. The black square in my drawing is the way I have oriented the PMIC (white dot by gray triangle).

Here is a picture of the DA9062-Eval3 board we're using. The jumper settings are the same as when we've received the board from AVNET. We have not changed any jumper settings on it.

Also, please let me know if the orientation of the PMIC in the socket is correct.

是的，开关是right but just momentarily while I took the picture. I usually keep it on TP_ON. However, I did notice that once I get a USB disconnect, I have to unplug and plug in the cable so that the USB becomes active again. This way I can try powering up VSYS again. But the caveat is that Windows 10 won't find the driver if the switch is on TP_ON. So, I have to switch it to TP_OFF and then plug in the USB cable to have it active again (after that sequence I can then hear a beep from Windows that it recognized the device and loads its driver).

Also, I don't see the attached file you've mentioned that you've wanted me to try. Maybe I'm missing something on the forum here. Would you be so kind and post it again? Or send it to my email.

When I powered up VSYS though, it still lost USB connection.

Good news, however!! I switched to a different PC and it works just fine there - the board started-up in Power Command mode.

So it seems that the USB disconnect is probably a driver issue, and when I shut down I get a message from Windows saying “Power surge on the USB port. Unknown USB device needs more power than the port can supply.” Steps: (1) shut down the GUI, (2) shut off external power to VSYS, then (3) disconnect the USB cable. Maybe this is not the correct shutdown sequence. But I still don't know what to do to get it working on my main PC - both are runing Windows 10 and both are up to date.
