So, do you have in PDF file your recommanded pcb layout (with mechanical dimensions) for 34-ball WL-CSP (4.54 mm x 1.66 mm) ? These informations are not in the DA7212 Codec's DataSheet (only package drawing).

That we want is the specifications of the footprint for 34-ball WL-CSP (4.54 mm x 1.66 mm) like pad dimensions for soldering, solder mask opening, paste mask opening to design the pcb.

The files contained in "DA7212_PADS9_Library.zip" file are unable to import to Altium Designer. So, do you have a ".ASC" PADS file ?

Pads is a seperate PCB software. I am still checking with the team but i dont i think we have Altium files.
