Hello everybody, I have problem with SLG4DVKDIP(just received, testing): red LED is on constantly, when I press "Debug" in GP Designer, the blue led on SLG4DVKDIP blinks twice, then turns off and the computer gives a sound of the USB device disconnecting. After a few seconds, everything repeats: the led blinks twice, then is off, USB-off-Sound and so on while "debug"is pressed. This happens with any DIP Proto Board and even without it at all, it's impossible to work. On the same computer with the same DIP Proto Boards, but with SLG4DVKADV everything works fine. What am I doing wrong? Tell me where to read? Thanks!

It seems that your SLG4DVKDIP board has obsolete firmware. GPAK Designer should update it automatically but fails. It's a known issue from version 6.19, the fixed version is ready and waiting for release. The simplest way to fix it right now is to install the GPAK Designer version before 6.19 which will update the firmware of your SLG4DVKDIP board. After that, you can use the latest version of the GPAK Designer. Please follow the links below to download old software versions according to your operating system.

strange thing, there is no access to those versions.
Could you please try a 6.18 version?
Thanks Pavlo, using v6.18 I successfully updated the firmware on the SLG4DVKDIP and Debug now works!
