Hello! I am using DA14580DEVKT-B.
I got a popup about updating J-LINK in Keil v5, and I clicked OK. After that, I got a window with the following contents:

ERROR: Firmware update filed.
I tried updating the software again through J-Link Configuration V6.52e. When the board is connected to a PC, it is defined in the device manager as a J-Link driver, but in J-Link Configuration V6.52e it appears only after disconnecting from the USB. Thus, I did not succeed in updating / restoring the firmware.
I have a spare J-Link programmer and I found the SAM3U2C programming connector on the DA14580DEVKT-B board. But I do not have a firmware file.
How can I restore the firmware on the device? This is very important, since we are now preparing to launch a large batch of devices with your Bluetooth modules, but due to spoiled firmware, we cannot complete debugging. Thanks.

Hello colleagues!
1. I have already erased the rest of the SAM3U2C firmware (I closed the contacts TP3 - TP5 and turned on the power for 20 seconds).
2. Made a programming connector using 6 pogopins (I can share the photo, if interested) and connected it to J2 connector.
3. I managed to connect to the SAM3U2C controller in the J-Flash program using an external J-Link programmer.
I found a similar firmware file fromNordic Semiconductorbut it has "J-Link OB-SAM3U128-V2-NordicSemi 170724 " version, but on the DA14580DEVKT-B board there was an installed "j-link ob-sam3u128-v1" version.
I am ready for further action. I look forward to your help. Thanks.
