USB Mass Storage Interface

Hello Dialog,

I would request for a USB mass storage reference implementation on DA14586 SoC. We have completed the application code on SDK and expand the capability by incorporating USB mass storage feature so as to provide direct access to contents in SPI Flash as files over a Drive.

I have a requirement that requires -

Interface DA14586 based system to PC as USB device.

SPI Flash internal memory will be configured as Flash Drive with File System.

It should be accessible as drive on PC when connected.

There isn’t any reference design for this scope. The DA14585/6 product family is focused on providing very low power consumption and a high level of integration. It is targeted at simple applications such as beacons, proximity tags, remote controls etc or adding BLE functionality to a system that contains a host processor

As I had mentioned in my previous reply, there is not any reference design or example for this scope. Please take a look at the DA1469x product family and DA14695 Development Kit – USB from our support site. This is the only design which is close to USB but it will not be accessible as driver on your PC.
