Could you please clarify what you would like to accomplish? Do you want to connect an analog microphe to the ADC channels and send the samples over the air? Probably, the ADC sampling rate will not be enough. Also, there is not any audio reference design for DA14580. However, there is a reference design for DA14585 named Voice RCU. Please have a look into that:

My requirement is: I have some Bluetooth headphones. The BLE should communicate with the headphones. Is it possible with PAN1740. Thank you.

This is not possible to be achieved. Generally, with the usage of Bluetooth LE, you can load a sample audio and send it over the air. The only available design which is using audio is the Voice RCU.
