Hello kyo2733, the best application to start with is the Dialog Serial Port Service. This is a really nice application that has Android (and iOS) app. If you search for Dialog DSPS on the Android store, you will find it. Then , please refer to the 'serial port service' on the reference design page of our support site and look at the user manual that will give you full details/instructions on how to get this working. The source code for Keil can be downloaded from the software page.
