Com port not showing in DA14580 Basic develoment kit

Com port not showing in DA14580 Basic develoment kit

Hii....
I bought a DA14580 basic kit and installed as per user manual but COM port are not shown. others works fine i just debug the blinky code and its works fine but COM ports are not shown i need some help.

Can you please clarify your question? Do you mean that you are not able to find the COM port from Teraterm application or you can’t find the connected COM port from the Device Manager of windows? Are you able to download firmware int the DA14580? Can you please make sure that you are using the correct jumpers’ configuration according to Figure 29 of UM-B-048 user manual?

Hiii....

Hiii....
1. COM port are not find in device manager
2. I am just run program in SYSRAM(using keil(debug)) its works fine.
3. Jumpers are correct as per diagram in user manual.
i can't find any com port when basic kit connected to PC

Hi alan.a,

If you are using an USB-hub, try to connect the Basic-DK to USB-port which is placed directly on the motherboard. Also, can you try to change USB port and I suggest you to not pace any other USB devices.
