DA14681 VDD1V8 problem

Hi, Dialog
Now that I am facing a problem which my DA14861 can't work after running a period of time.We found that the DA14861‘s VDD1V8 pin output is 0 V. Is this probably a software or hardware problem? Please give us some advice to trace this problem. thanks!

Could you please let me know if you are using our DA14680 development kit or you have developed a custom board? In case you have a custom boar could you please review it and check the DCDC power rail? The SPI flash is connected In VDD1V8 pin, so you should not have 0V output in this pin. Please make sure that you don’t power the SPI flash down. Be aware that the device goes into sleep mode after 8 seconds. It is highly recommended to run your project in active mode (without sleep), and check if have the same issue. Also, can you please provide me the configurations of custom_config_qspi.h header file?
