sorry, there are no reference designs for this. W.r.t. hardware, we propose to connect the motor (vibrator?) via a transistor to cope with the higher currents. e.g. PNP transistor, emittor connected to e.g. VBAT (3V). Collector driving the motor which is connected to ground at the other side. The base is connected to a DA14580 GPIO via a series resistor. When GPIO is Low => motor is driven. To cope with switch-off peaks, connect an anti-parallel diode to the motor.
