Beep when movement more then 1cm

Beep when movement more then 1cm

Hi,

I am very new to this but how would I get a sensor to beep if movement occurs in any direction more then 1cm.

We would ideally be able to edit the 1cm value easily incase it is too much/little.

Hi really,

I am not able to understand how the question is related to the forum. I am not familiar with any sensor with the functionality that you describe and how you can detect any direction more than 1cm (unless if you are able to do something with an IMU). You can use a gyroscope or an accelerometer to detect the motion, but I am not aware of any specific way of doing what you mentioned.
