DA9063 part number for automotive

Hi Dialog support,

I noticed that there are various part numbers in datasheet for automotive application. Could you please explain why there are two different ball diameters which are 0.30mm and 0.45mm? How should I choose either one for my design ?

Hello Grodon F,

We recommend 0.45 mm ball parts for new designs. There are no draw backs to using the 0.45 mm parts.
