I am having a problem with connecting my GreenPAK advance development board to my PC. As soon as the device is plugged in the indicator light comes on and then after a second goes off. It is not recognized by the Designer software. After trying to reconnect the device, it doesn't produce a response. After testing a board that was confirmed to be working, trying to connect it to the PC produced the same response as the first board. What could be happening that prevents the boards from connecting to the PC?

嗨经济共同体oop, please try to remove device driver in Device Manager and then reconnect DevBoard.(Do you use Windows?) Also, please don't' use USB-hub and if you are using the laptop, connect DevBoard to USB-port which is placed directly on the motherboard (not frontal one).
