Please suggest DA14586 Bluetooth is it supporting openthread software?
If it is then suggest the development board for DA14586.
Also which SDK to use to build and flash the code in DA14586.

No, the 586 doesn't support the openthread SDK, the 586 supports only the BLE protocol. The latest SDK that the 586 supports is the SDK 6.0.6 but again this is only for BLE protocol.
