Some OTP issues.

Hello!

I followed thehttps://support.dialog-semiconductor.com/step-step-guidelines-programmin...forum to program the OTP. After I did it my custom board didn´t work properly until I used the booter to load the program and i was working perfectly. Then the battery ran out and after charging it the device stopped working. I tried to connect the custom board to SmartSnippets to check it but i get the following message.

[ERROR General @17-12-26 16:56:24] Could not read memory address 0x50003200 with function JLINKARM_ReadMemHW
[ERROR General @17-12-26 16:56:24] No known chip found while opening JLink connection. Terminating proccess...
[ERROR OTP Image @17-12-26 16:56:24] Failed downloading firmware file to the board.

Any idea what is happening?

I'm not sure which step went wrong butapparently JTAG is not working properly. Did you disable it when buring OTP Header by chance?

Are you using OTP for NVDS parameters or you use OTP to boot your application? You said"After I did it my custom board didn´t work properly until I used the booter to load the program and i was working perfectly" which made me quite confused.
