I have some problem on smartsnippets. While I burn the program, prox_reporter, into the DA14580 board, i can't scan my device with my smartphone.
But the message shows i do it successful. When I read the memory content, its contents is same as data file content.
In additional, I use the IDE Keli5 to burn the same program, the result is that I can scan my device. So, i think my program is correct.
How can solve this problem on SmartSnippers?
The following is my setting.
Mode:Jtag、SPI Flash programmer
SDK:5.0.3
Program:prox_reporter
APP:LightBlue

What exactly do you mean by saying burning the program, are you burning the flash ? Downloading via UART ? What exactly are you doing ?
In case you are downloading to the flash, do you erase the flash before burning it ? Do you set the image as bootable when Smart Snippets prompts you to do so ? Do have the proper connections in order to connect to the flash ? Do you hit the reset after burning the flash ?

I have solved my problem. I just forgot to hit reset after downloading to the flash.
After I did, it could be scanned by the app.
