This tutorial is an old document that concerns only SDK3 enviroment, this document is no longer valid for the latest SDK which follows a totally different mechanism for implementing a custom profile. Anyway, you will be able to find the document along with the simple projects that comes with it, on the following links, although we strongly suggest to use the latest SDK for any new designs:
You can have a look at the Tutorial section for the Tutorial 3: Building Custom Profiles. The tutorial is based on SDK 5.0.3 which has a few small differences from the latest 5.0.4 but its a good starting point along with the ble_app_profile demo thats located in the SDK.
You will have to request access for the restricted documents, in order to do so, there has to be a padlock icon right next to the document, click on that, and you will be asked to submit a licence agreement form. After submitting the form and a couple of days you will have access to the resticted documents.
