I have done soldering the header pins for the modules above. Just curious that do I need to connect anything between the DA14580 Development Kit and these modules? For instance, like resistor or what because I have played with mbed arm processor modules that needed some resistor to activate the pins. Please advise, thanks.

No, i dont see any reason for adding any extra components in order to communicate with the analog device or with the digital device that you mention.
