When voltage is applied to the da14680 VDDIO pin(B2), do you recommend for supplying a voltage from the da14680 V33 pin(A15) or from the external voltage source?
关于你我不确定are asking exactly but the VDDIO is the pin to power the qspi flash, your question is if you can power something else from the V33 pin ? Yes you are able to do that. You can have a look at the AN-B-061 Application hardware design guidelines for more information regarding supplying external loads.
1)DA14680 Datasheet (Page 14) Pin No Pin Name Description B2 VDDIO INPUT. FLASH interface supply voltage (1.8 V to 3.3 V).
2) AN-B-061 DA1468x Application hardware design guidelines (Page21) "The DA14680 version contains an embedded 8Mbit flash. An external QSPI flash is not supported. Please note that for the DA14680, the corresponding six QSPI pins are not connected."
I think DA14680 B2 pin(VDDIO) is for internal flash memory, because it is INPUT pin. Where do you recommend for supplying the power to the B2(VDDIO) pin, from the internal source (V33 pin(A15)) or from the external voltage source?
Ok, now i get what you mean, yes you can power the VDDIO either from the V33 or V18. You can also verify it from the schematic of the dev kits daughter board.

Hello MT_dialog,
I read two documents.
1)DA14680 Datasheet (Page 14)
