About DA14580 DEVKT-B operation by pushing Reset Button

I'm trying to operate DA14580DEVKT-B by the blinky program.

It doesn't operate even if I push Reset Button, but I'm trying follow instructions of this video.(https://youtu.be/oha-zLlXPnk)
* Program: blinky (including DA1458x_SDK_5.0.3)
* J4: SPI
* SmartSnippets: JTAG, SPI闪光

It can operate, then I don't push Reset Button and attach to debugger and detach.
It doesn't operate even if I pull out the USB plug and use a CR2032.
I want to operate by using CR2032.
Please teach me the cause.
