DA14681- Wearable. 2nd stage bootloader rejected

I recently received a DA14681 Wearable kit, and am trying to use Smart Snippets Studio to reprogram it. I have imported the sample project into the studio. When I attempt to flash it to the device using program_qspi_serial_win I receive the following error:

Thanks for the reply.
The kit came with an external Communication Interface Board which claims to have a SEGGER chip running JLink-OB firmware. I assumed this was all that was needed to program the wearable kit - do I still need a Pro-DK? Apologies if I have misunderstood.

Apologies - probably I misunderstood it. Since you have the Communication Interface Board (CIB) , you don't need the Pro-DK, as it has a SEGGER chip as you mentioned correctly.
Please make sure that you have the correct configuration - see section 4.1.1 :

Thanks for your question. The Wearable Kit does include a JTAG interface, so you will need to use an external SWD interface to program it.
Please check section 4 in the following document :

Do you have a Pro-DK? I assume that you can try to program the Wearable Kit via the Pro-DK.
