Eclipse empty template for DA14531

I would like to start my project for DA14531 from a functional and empty eclipse template (instead of starting with the prox_reporter project), and after searching I found this topic on the "old forum":

The problem is that for some reason I am not allowed to download the Eclipse.zip file posted by support, it keeps asking me to "accept terms", I accept it every time but it has no effect..
Could someone from support help me posting this file here in the new forum? So I can download it.
