DA9063 EVK

I am having a problem booting from a Dialog provided OTP. I am not sure if the problem is on my board or in the OTP. I was hoping to test the 9063 ICs to make sure they had the correct OTP and behaved properly, but I am unable to get a proper response from the EVK.
I am trying to test the OTP with the DA9063 EVK, motherboard rev. DA906x 44-179-176-05-B, daughter card DA906X Eval 44-179-176-01-A. It seems that the software doesn't to see the IC. When I boot the EVK I get a screen similar to that shown in the users guide minus the load button and there are no I2C communications. The USB communications seem fine. I can select the *.ini files provided or the custom OTP .ini but the system never communicates on I2C and never gives me an option to load them. Further even though several of the power outputs are green on the GUI, there are no voltages on the outputs.
It appears that the software is not seeing the IC, in fact if I remove the IC there is no change in behavior. This is surprising as I would have expected the software to throw an error if an IC was not present. I have checked the motherboard jumpers and they are asd specified in the users guide. The 3 position switch is to the left. I cannot check the daughterboard jumpers as my daughter board is not the same that described in the users guide. Mine has a chip carrier and many jumpers while it appears the one described in the UG has a soldered down IC and connectors.

Please disregard the question. I went back to teh office and tried a different EVK, I had two, and it works properly. Sorry for the request, I should have waited. I just didn't expect a new EWVK to be defective..
