For products rated to operate over the industrial (-40 °C to 85 °C) or extended industrial temperature (-40 °C to 125 °C) range, these high-voltage integrated power control switches are available in low thermal resistance, RoHS-compliant packaging or wafer-level chip scale packaging (WLCSP).

This best-in-class integrated power switch is an improved functional and footprint equivalent to the FPF2280 with a lower RDS公司ON, lower OFF-mode supply current, overcurrent protection, and faster OVP turn-off response time. Fully specified over the -40°C to 85°C temperature range, the SLG59H1313C is available in a 2.34mm² space-efficient, 12-pin WLCSP.
