Experience

It is expected that graduates undertake a number of different site visits to experience different departments, meet key individuals within the business and to gain a complete overview and understanding of the Dialog world. Graduates from across the globe will be invited to Dialog Graduate Development Programme events for education, networking and gain business knowledge from senior colleagues.

Feedback

There will be a feedback loop from managers, team members and mentors in addition to the annual performance review. There will also be an opportunity for graduates themselves to give and share feedback about their experiences.

Education

Technical and non-techncial education will make up a significant part of the graduate development programme. Technical training will be defined by the graduate’s manager. Non-techncial training will consist of mandatory courses in presentation skills and time management plus other courses selected from the internal portfolio.

Paid Internships

If you are not yet at the stage of applying for a full-time placement, we offer a variety of paid internships and work experience placements for students undertaking an undergraduate or post-graduate degree.

Opportunities for internships are available in most of our worldwide locations, typically ranging from four weeks to three months and select year-long placements.
