And, we didn’t go alone! At this year’s MWC, Dialog was joined by our partners at Energous, the leader in over-the-air wireless charging, who were on hand to showcase the latest in Energous’ WattUp technology, and how it utilizes Dialog’s IC chips.

In December, Dialog and Energous were excited to announce that Energous’ WattUp Mid Field over-the-air wireless charging transmitter hadreceived FCC certification, a historic industry-first acknowledgement that really paved the way for many wireless charging consumer applications.

Energous Near Field replaces USB and power adapter cables to charge small electronic devices simultaneously at close range to the charging transmitter. Energous’ WattUp Mid Field transmitters, backed by Dialog’s power management IC chips, are capable of charging mobile devices over-the-air from up to three feet away.
